Brand COO
A rapidly growing iGaming brand has successfully established a strong presence in the promising Latin American (LATAM) market. By focusing on a mobile-first approach and localized payment solutions, the platform provides users with fast and convenient access to gaming experiences. Its effective localization and market adaptation strategy has enabled the brand to achieve record audience growth and maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership: Align and coordinate the work of all key departments, including Retention, Support, VIP, Product, Marketing, Affiliates, and Legal/Finance, to achieve core business objectives such as GGR, NGR, and ROI.
Process Optimization & Automation: Audit existing business processes, identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, and implement effective OKR, KPI, and governance frameworks.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop department heads, foster transparent cross-functional collaboration, and support organizational scaling and team growth.
Analytics & P&L Management: Oversee operational expenditures (OpEx), monitor key product and business performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Risk Management & Compliance: Partner with Legal and Finance teams on licensing, payment solutions (PSPs), regulatory compliance, and operations across regulated markets and jurisdictions.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of iGaming experience in a COO, Operations Director, Deputy COO, or Head of Operations role within a successful gambling or betting business (mandatory requirement).
Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player lifecycle management (LTV, churn, CRM segmentation), traffic acquisition, payment solutions, and game provider operations.
Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling teams of 50+ employees.
Strong project management skills and hands-on experience with modern operational tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and BI platforms.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2/C1) or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strategic and systems thinking, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for business outcomes.
