Junior HR Officer

We are looking for a Junior HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR administration across multiple countries, entities, and employee groups. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and managing immigration and work permit processes. The HR Administrator will work closely with employees, managers, Finance, external providers, and government authorities to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Main responsibilities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, amendments, letters and other HR documents.
Manage onboarding and offboarding administration.
Coordinate employee documentation for work permits, visas and immigration where applicable.
Coordinate employee documentation for employees benefits such as medical insurance, gym allowance, etc.
Support monthly payroll preparation and communicate salary, bonus, leave and employee changes to Finance.
Track annual leave, sick leave and other absences.
Maintain employee files and ensure GDPR compliance.
Support benefits administration, including medical insurance and other employee benefits.
Coordinate probation periods and performance review administration.
Respond to employee HR administration queries.
Coordinate HR forms, signatures and approvals.
Support audits and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Assist the HR team with recruitment administration, onboarding and general People Operations activities.
Support employee welfare activities and initiatives, including coordinating employee events, well-being activities, and other initiatives that support employee engagement and experience.
Key Skills
2+ years of HR administration or People Operations experience.
Experience of drafting agreements, addendum, immigration applications, etc
Strong attention to detail and organisation.
Good knowledge of employment documentation and HR processes.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong confidentiality and data-handling skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
English proficiency is a must; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

The salary for this position is between €1,750 to 2,200 per month, based on relevant experience and qualifications
